My experience with this office was very disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed dismissive of patients' needs. I also felt pressured by the repeated calls and messages encouraging me to schedule appointments, which came across as more focused on revenue than patient care. Another concern was the office's handling of appointment attendance. I was told I had missed an appointment and was threatened with a $100 no-show fee, despite my understanding that this was inaccurate. At the same time, the office was frequently late in seeing patients for scheduled appointments, making the strict enforcement of punctuality feel unfair and one-sided. Overall, I did not feel respected as a patient and would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

The most rude, disrespectful, disorganized dentist I have ever seen! I took a leave day for an emergency tooth infection they scheduled and changed my appt 3-4 times and I had to cancel and find a better dentist while I have a tooth infection. I won't go there in my life.

Please be aware that this dental office is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest reading the reviews prior to making an appointment as a new patient. I was in so much pain that after reading all the bad reviews, I still decided to give the doctor the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the bad reviews are true. I called and gave the staff assistant the information requested. I waited a 45 minutes and called back since I hadnβt heard back. The person who answered the phone raised her voice at me and in a rude tone, while yelling at me said, βSir, didnβt I tell you that I would call you back?β My response was, βYou are very rude, who is this? What is your name?β To my surprise, the person responded by saying she was the dentist herself Dr. Gurpreet Kaur. I was shocked and said to her, βyouβre the doctor and you speak that way to your patients?β She gasped and didnβt know what to say. If a dentist has the time to answer the phone and work the front desk then she is either understaffed or her staff is incompetent and she has to assist them. Either way, please be careful and hopefully this message helps avoid any new patients from experiencing this type of un

When I first came here I was really excited to have come up with enough money to work on my smile & pay anything out of pocket that my insurance wasn't willing to cover. I was also in the process of switching to better insurance coverage, all things I communicated with the dentist from the beginning. These people will do whatever they can to try to get you pay out of pocket & to purchase insurance through them that allegedly gives you a "huge discount". I'm so glad I followed up with my insurance who told me that I was getting denied for a simple deep cleaning because they were not sending adequate information. Fair enough, the dentist said there was a misunderstanding. I had my sister who was also a patient here follow up with her insurance (the same insurance I had) after she was told she was denied for the same procedure directly by the dentist and confirmed by the front desk. The insurance told her that they never even sent it in for an approval at all. The last time any request was sent was by her previous dentist! They did nothing but waste my time which allowed my teeth to get worse. When I was finally seen by their specialist, imagine my horror to hear that the best cours

This is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. They are caring and knowledgeable. They work around a busy schedule. The customer service from the receptionist is wonderful! They know I'm horrible with appointments so they send me personal reminder texts and make appointments through texting. The work they do is AMAZING! Root canals crowns and flippers look and feel amazing! I recommend this dentist to everybody.
